§ 1 Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all orders, services, and deliveries made through the website www.streamlygo.us. By placing an order, you agree to these T&Cs.

§ 2 Service Description
StreamlyGo provides digital IPTV subscriptions granting you access to a vast selection of international, U.S., and Canadian TV channels, movies, series, and live sports. The service is delivered over the Internet and is compatible with Smart TVs, smartphones, Fire Stick, Android Box, MAG devices, and other popular platforms.

§ 3 Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed when you:

  1. Complete the online order form,

  2. Successfully submit payment, and

  3. Receive a confirmation email containing your login details.
    Your subscription term (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) begins as soon as you receive access.

§ 4 Prices & Payment Terms

  • All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) and are final.

  • Payment is due in advance via our secure payment methods.

  • Subscriptions do not automatically renew—you are under no obligation to continue beyond the chosen term.

  • No hidden fees or additional charges will be applied.

§ 5 Delivery of Access Data
Once payment is confirmed, your login credentials are sent automatically by email.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 1–5  min; if you experience a delay, our support team is ready to assist.

§ 6 Cancellation & Refunds

  • 24-Hour  Trial 2$: Try the service   for 24 hours for 2$.

  • No Right of Withdrawal: Because this is a digital service delivered instantly, standard withdrawal rights under U.S. digital-goods regulations do not apply once you begin using the service.

  • Refunds: If you cancel within the 24-hour trial, you will not be charged. Beyond that period, subscription fees are non-refundable.

§ 7 User Obligations

  • You agree to use StreamlyGo solely for private, non-commercial purposes.

  • Sharing your login credentials, reselling access, or distributing content is strictly prohibited.

  • Violations may lead to immediate suspension without refund.

§ 8 Disclaimer of Liability
StreamlyGo is not liable for service interruptions caused by external factors—such as network outages, ISP issues, device incompatibility, or scheduled maintenance.
It is your responsibility to verify that IPTV usage complies with local laws in your jurisdiction.

§ 9 Privacy & Data Protection

§ 10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
