StreamlyGo Refund Policy


1. 24-Hour Free Trial

As soon as you activate your subscription, you receive a 24-hour free trial. You may cancel at any time during this period for a full refund by contacting support@streamlygo.us.


2. Refunds After the Trial

Beyond the 24-hour trial window, partial or full refunds are granted only if:

  • The service is not delivered as promised (e.g., activation or channel access fails).

  • A technical issue on our end prevents you from using the service despite our troubleshooting efforts.

  • Your IPTV credentials remain non-functional after we verify and reset them.

To request a refund, email support@streamlygo.us within 7 days of activation.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued if:

  • You have used the service for more than 24 hours beyond the free trial.

  • The problem is caused by external factors (your internet connection, device compatibility, third-party service changes).

  • You have violated our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing credentials, reselling access, or commercial use).


4. Refund Process & Timeline

  1. Send an email to support@streamlygo.us with:

    • Your order number

    • A detailed description of the issue

    • Screenshots or supporting documentation, if available

  2. We will respond within 3–5 business days.

  3. If approved, your refund will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. The version posted on streamlygo.us is always the authoritative one.
